設(shè)備點(diǎn)件檢查→支架制作及安裝→封閉插接母線(xiàn)安裝→試運(yùn)行驗(yàn)收
二、設(shè)備點(diǎn)件檢查:Two, equipment inspection:
1、設(shè)備開(kāi)箱點(diǎn)件檢查,應(yīng)有安裝單位、建設(shè)單位或供貨單位共同進(jìn)行,并做好記錄。
2、根據(jù)裝箱單檢查設(shè)備及附件,其規(guī)格、數(shù)量、品種應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
3、檢查設(shè)備及附件,分段標(biāo)志應(yīng)清晰齊全、外觀無(wú)損傷變形,母線(xiàn)絕緣電阻符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。
4、檢查發(fā)現(xiàn)設(shè)備及附件不符合設(shè)計(jì)和質(zhì)量要求時(shí),必須進(jìn)行妥善處理,經(jīng)過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)認(rèn)可后再進(jìn)行安裝。
三、支架制作及安裝:Three, bracket production and installation:
支架制作和安裝應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件的規(guī)定制作和安裝,如設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件無(wú)規(guī)定時(shí),按下列要求制作和安裝。The manufacture and installation of the support shall be made and installed according to the provisions of the design and product technical documents. If there is no stipulation in the design and product technical documents, the manufacture and installation shall be made and installed according to the following requirements.
1、支架制作:1. Support production:
(1)根據(jù)施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)類(lèi)型,支架應(yīng)采用角鋼或槽鋼制作。應(yīng)采用“一”字型、“1”型、“U”字型、“T”字型四種型式。(1) According to the construction site structure type, the support should be made of Angle steel or channel steel. The four types should be "one" type, "one" type, "U" type and "T" type.
(2)支架的加工制作按選好的型號(hào),測(cè)量好的尺寸斷料制作,斷料嚴(yán)禁氣焊切割,加工尺寸大誤差5mm。(2) The processing of the support is made according to the selected model and the measured size of the material cutting. The material cutting is strictly prohibited by gas welding and cutting, and the processing size has a large error of 5mm.
(3)型鋼架的煨彎宜使用臺(tái)鉗用鎯頭打制,也可使用油壓煨彎器用模具頂制。(3) The bending of the section steel frame should be made by using a vise with ? head, or using an oil pressure bending mould
(4)支架上鉆孔應(yīng)用臺(tái)鉆或手電鉆鉆孔,不得用氣焊割孔,孔徑不得大于固定螺栓直徑2mm。(4) Bench drill or hand electric drill shall be used to drill holes on the support, and gas welding shall not be used to cut holes, and the aperture shall not be greater than the diameter of the fixed bolt by 2mm.
(5)螺桿套扣,應(yīng)用套絲機(jī)或套絲板加工,不許斷絲。(5) screw sleeve buckle, the application of the wire machine or wire plate processing, do not break the wire.
2、支架的安裝:2, bracket installation:
(1)封閉插接母線(xiàn)的另彎處以及與箱(盤(pán))連接處必須加支架。直段插生產(chǎn)建設(shè)母線(xiàn)支架的距離不應(yīng)大于2m。(1) The other bend of the closed plug in bus and the connection with the box (disk) must be supported. The distance of bus support in the production and construction of straight segment insertion shall not be greater than 2m.
(2)埋注支架用水泥砂漿,灰砂比1∶3。425號(hào)及其以上水泥,應(yīng)注灰飽滿(mǎn)、嚴(yán)實(shí)、不高出墻面,埋深不少于80mm。(2) Cement mortar for buried support, cement-sand ratio of 1∶3. No. 425 and above cement, should be filled with ash, strict, not higher than the wall, buried not less than 80mm.
(3)膨脹螺栓固定支架不少于兩條。一個(gè)吊架應(yīng)用兩根吊桿,固定牢固,螺扣外露2~4扣,膨脹螺栓應(yīng)加平墊和彈簧墊,吊架應(yīng)用雙螺母夾緊。(3)At least two supports for fixing expansion bolts. One hanger should use two hanger rods, fixed firmly, screw buckle exposed 2 ~ 4 buckle, expansion bolt should be added flat washer and spring washer, hanger should be clamps with double nuts.
(4)支架及支架與埋件焊接處刷防腐油漆應(yīng)均勻,無(wú)漏刷,不污染建筑物。(4) Bracket and bracket and embedded welding brush anti-corrosion paint should be uniform, no brush leakage, do not pollute the building.
四、封閉式母線(xiàn)的安裝:Four, the installation of the enclosed bus:
封閉式母線(xiàn)施工要求高,工程量較大,所以在施工工程中要嚴(yán)格遵守施工質(zhì)量規(guī)范要求,保證施工質(zhì)量。The construction requirements of closed busbar are high and the amount of work is large, so the construction quality specifications should be strictly observed in the construction project to ensure the construction quality.
1、一般要求:1. General requirements:
(1)封閉插接母線(xiàn)應(yīng)按設(shè)計(jì)和產(chǎn)品技術(shù)文件規(guī)定進(jìn)行組裝,組裝前應(yīng)對(duì)每段進(jìn)行絕緣電阻的測(cè)定,測(cè)量結(jié)果應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求,并做好記錄。(1) The closed plug in bus shall be assembled in accordance with the design and product technical documents. Before assembly, the insulation resistance of each section shall be measured. The measurement results shall meet the design requirements and be well recorded.
(2)母線(xiàn)槽,固定距離不得大于2.5m。水平敷設(shè)距地高度不應(yīng)小于2.2m。(2) The fixed distance of busbar shall not be more than 2.5m. The horizontal laying distance should not be less than 2.2m.
