Mega Technology is a Taiwanese-owned enterprise. In 2009, due to factors such as investment attraction and rich resources concentration on the Chinese mainland, it set up a factory in Yangzhong, Jiangsu Province. Before 2010, all construction and investment were completed, and it obtained business licenses on the Chinese mainland and various test certificates and reports such as CQC certification, KEMA certification, CE certification, SGS certification, CB certification, RoHS certification, UL certification, earthquake test, fire resistance test, salt spray test, etc., as well as relevant qualification certifications such as ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and work safety standardization certification. In 2016, a new resin fluidized insulation technology production line was established. This production line is the first one in China at present, and it is also the first time that higher H-level insulation (withstanding high temperature of 180°C) can be applied in the electrical insulation field. At present, our company mainly promotes energy-saving, environmentally friendly, safe, waterproof, and fire-resistant fluidized insulation as the core technology to serve a wider customer market.

環(huán)氧樹脂流化絕緣技術(shù)有防水防塵能力，通電中的母線槽即便浸放于魚缸中，水從母線槽的各個(gè)角度進(jìn)入絕緣導(dǎo)體間，母線槽依然正常通電！環(huán)氧樹脂流化絕緣也具有耐高壓能力、耐火能力，是一種在火焰（1300℃）燒烤10秒鐘的情況下，絕緣層沒有受到任何破壞，并且可以在短的時(shí)間內(nèi)將熱量散去，肌膚觸碰也不會(huì)有任何問題，同時(shí)環(huán)氧樹脂流化絕緣的抗氧化與耐鹽霧能力強(qiáng)，硫化涂裝將導(dǎo)體杜絕與空氣接觸，并且經(jīng)過1800小時(shí)鹽霧測(cè)試，絕緣層絕對(duì)不會(huì)被破壞。具有超強(qiáng)的韌性及強(qiáng)度，抗冷熱循環(huán)破壞能力。

Epoxy resin fluidized insulation technology has  waterproof and dustproof capabilities. Even if a bus duct in power-on state is immersed in a fish tank and water enters between the insulated conductors from all angles of the bus duct, the bus duct still operates normally! Epoxy resin fluidized insulation also has high voltage resistance and fire resistance. It is the only one that, when exposed to flame (1300°C) for 10 seconds, the insulation layer is not damaged at all, and the heat can be dissipated in a very short time. There will be no problem even if touched by skin. At the same time, epoxy resin fluidized insulation has strong oxidation resistance and salt spray resistance. Sulfurization coating completely isolates the conductor from contact with air. After 1800 hours of salt spray test, the insulation layer will definitely not be damaged. It has super toughness and strength, and resistance to damage from cold and heat cycles.

在節(jié)能效益上，高溫傳導(dǎo)與短耐能力讓損耗減少，可以節(jié)省電費(fèi)支出。在環(huán)保效益上，擁有流化高效自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線，流化前處理均以物理作業(yè)執(zhí)行，流化層也可以重復(fù)循環(huán)使用，同時(shí)相同電流負(fù)載，導(dǎo)體尺寸可以變小，降低了銅礦開采需求。In terms of energy-saving benefits, high-temperature conduction and short-time withstand capabilities reduce losses and can save on electricity expenses. In terms of environmental benefits, it has a fluidized high-efficiency automatic production line. The pre-treatment before fluidization is carried out by physical operations. The fluidized layer can also be recycled. At the same time, for the same current load, the conductor size can be reduced, reducing the demand for copper mining.
