It is composed of copper or aluminum conductors, which are isolated by insulating materials, and is enclosed by an aluminum alloy casing. Heat dissipation fins are often provided on both sides. This structure is conducive to heat dissipation, and the connection joints can be flexibly overhauled, the routing can be adjusted, and socket interfaces can be added. The castbusway, on the other hand, forms an integrated structure by casting the conductors in insulating materials (such as epoxy resin), and has excellent protection performance.

　　性能表現(xiàn)各有特點。散熱與載流方面，密集型母線因良好的散熱設(shè)計，載流能力強，能滿足大功率設(shè)備需求；澆注母線因絕緣材料導(dǎo)熱性差，散熱受限，載流相對較弱。防護(hù)性能上，密集型母線防護(hù)等級一般為IP54 - IP66，適用于多數(shù)常規(guī)環(huán)境；澆注母線防護(hù)等級高達(dá)IP68，防水、防塵、防腐蝕，能在惡劣環(huán)境中穩(wěn)定運行。檢修維護(hù)時，密集型母線連接頭便于檢修，后期調(diào)整方便；澆注母線連接頭固定，檢修困難，安裝工藝要求高。

In terms of heat dissipation and current-carrying capacity, due to the good heat dissipation design, the compactbusway has a strong current-carrying capacity and can meet the power demands of high-power equipment. For the castbusway, because the thermal conductivity of the insulating material is poor, heat dissipation is limited, and its current-carrying capacity is relatively weak. In terms of protection performance, the protection level of the compactbusway is generally IP54 - IP66, which is suitable for most conventional environments. The protection level of the castbusway is as high as IP68, which is waterproof, dustproof, and corrosion-resistant, and can operate stably in harsh environments. During maintenance, the connection joints of the compactbusway are easy to overhaul, and subsequent adjustments are convenient. The connection joints of the castbusway are fixed, making maintenance difficult and requiring high installation technology.

　　The application scenarios also have different focuses. The compactbusway is suitable for conventional scenarios such as large buildings and industrial plants. In large commercial complexes, it can meet the power needs of multiple floors, save space, and is convenient for renovation. In industrial plants, it can withstand large currents, quickly troubleshoot faults, and ensure production. The castbusway is mostly used in harsh environment scenarios, such as chemical plants and coastal areas, to resist corrosion. It is also used in scenarios with high cleanliness requirements, such as electronic chip manufacturing workshops, to prevent dust from affecting production.
