The H-class (180°C) insulation rating of the epoxy resin fluidized insulation layer far exceeds that of traditional B-class (130°C) materials. With 1,800-hour salt spray test certification and thermal cycle stability from -40°C to 125°C, thebusway life reaches 40 years—60% longer than the 25-year life of polyester film insulation. A longer service life means fewer product replacements, reducing energy consumption in production, transportation, and installation, with 顯著 (remarkable) life-cycle carbon reduction effects.
美嘉環(huán)氧樹脂粉末材料通過SGS 環(huán)保認(rèn)證,不含鎘、鉛、汞等有害物質(zhì),生產(chǎn)過程采用自動化 PLC 控制的流化產(chǎn)線,減少人工干預(yù)的同時(shí),避免了傳統(tǒng)涂裝工藝的 VOCs 排放。此外,流化層可重復(fù)循環(huán)使用,相同電流負(fù)載下導(dǎo)體尺寸縮小,降低了銅材開采需求,每公里母線可減少銅消耗約 1.2 噸,相當(dāng)于減少 5.6 噸碳排放。
Mega's epoxy resin powder materials have obtained SGS environmental certification, free of harmful substances such as cadmium, lead, and mercury. The production process uses a fluidized production line controlled by automated PLC, reducing manual intervention and avoiding VOCs emissions from traditional coating processes. In addition, the fluidized layer can be recycled, and the conductor size is reduced under the same current load, reducing copper mining demand. Each kilometer of busway can reduce copper consumption by about 1.2 tons, equivalent to a 5.6-ton carbon emission reduction.
