The mica material has a relatively high mechanical strength and can withstand certain mechanical stresses and pressures, and is not easy to break or damage, ensuring the integrity of the insulation structure.

環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂流化絕緣擁有良好的絕緣性能，不僅防水防塵，絕緣一體成型被覆導(dǎo)體，使絕緣層與導(dǎo)體接觸、表面平整。而且通電中的母線槽，浸放于魚(yú)缸中，水從母線槽的各個(gè)角度進(jìn)入絕緣導(dǎo)體間，依然正常通電，魚(yú)兒歡悅！同時(shí)具有耐高壓能力、耐火能力，是一種在火焰（1300℃）燒烤10秒鐘下，絕緣層沒(méi)有受到破壞，并且在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)將熱量散去，即使肌膚觸碰也沒(méi)有問(wèn)題！并且抗氧化與耐鹽霧能力強(qiáng)，流化涂裝將導(dǎo)體與空氣隔離，且經(jīng)過(guò)1800小時(shí)鹽霧測(cè)試，絕緣層不會(huì)被破壞。具有超強(qiáng)的韌性及強(qiáng)度，抗冷熱循環(huán)破壞能力。

The fluidized coating prevents the conductor from coming into contact with air, and after 1800 hours of salt spray testing, the insulation layer will not be damaged.It has super toughness and strength, and the ability to resist the destruction of cold and hot cycles.
